Who we are
This website is operated by GTN, a private travel company with offices in Finland and Dubai. When this policy says “we” or “us”, it means GTN.
What we collect
When you send an enquiry we collect what you choose to share: your name, email, phone or WhatsApp number, where you travel from, the destinations, dates and preferences you select, the moments saved in My Journey, and any message you write.
Your saved moments and your “travelling from” choice are kept only in your own browser until you send an enquiry.
How we use it
We use your information only to reply to you, design your journey and arrange the services you ask for. We never sell your information, and we do not send marketing without your permission.
Who we share it with
When you book, we share only the details needed with the hotels, transport and guides who deliver your journey. Our website and enquiry system are hosted by trusted technology providers who process data on our behalf.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry details for as long as needed to plan and support your travel, and for any period required by law. You can ask us to delete them at any time.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you, or object to how we use it. Where the EU General Data Protection Regulation applies, you may also complain to your local data protection authority.
Cookies
This website does not use advertising or tracking cookies. It stores only small preferences in your browser, such as your language, your “travelling from” choice and your saved moments.
